Every time we think a fearful thought, we secrete stress hormones, and one, called catecholamine, causes muscle constriction and stops us from relaxing. And thinking fearful thoughts also causes us to dose ourselves with adrenaline, which keeps the mind spinning and obsessed. So tonight, let's get familiar with our thoughts, to sort of get on top of them so that they don’t run our lives.
