This episode has been inspired by the Sleep Wave reviews, where it was asked if we could address bitterness and how to get rid of it. It’s a fantastic goal but it’s a little complicated. Your subconscious mind takes words very literally, and when you introduce the concept of bitterness (or any negative word, frankly), that’s all the subconscious mind hears. So tonight, we're going to introduce some positive language, and open ourselves up to the opposite of bitterness - forgiveness.
