In this meditation, we are going to appreciate and celebrate our body. The body is a marvelous creation and it’s the basis for every experience you’ll have in this lifetime. The body itself, as marvelous as it is, has limitations. But limitation is what gives life its potency, its romance and its beauty. Without limitation, when you look up at the night sky, would there be any point of reference from which to stand aghast at the immensity of the universe? So tonight we’re going to gently say thank you to ourselves, honouring the body not in spite of its limitations, but because of them, letting go of tension as we are soothed into a deep and restorative sleep.
