The Tao means "The Way" which is the eternal flow of the Universe. A main principle is Wu Wei which means effortless action. How can we flow like water towards bringing our gifts forward? A plant may seek out the sunlight, but it doesn’t chase after it. Navigate through the river instead of controlling it. Curb the senses, cessation of striving, be humble, and still your mind.
