	Description:		This week I'm here with Andy Nguyen, co-founder of AFTERS Ice Cream and many other restaurants based out of Orange County, CA. Growing up Andy would get into trouble, shoplift, get into fights and did not do well in school. Andy did not know what he wanted to go to college for or what career path he wanted to get into so he dropped out and started working in real estate. Enjoying the money but hating the job and realizing that wasn't something he was into, he started working with a friend in clothing. Wanting the able to express his interests and have his own ideas Andy decided he would partner up and create the streetwear brand IMKING. During that 7 year period and traveling a lot, he took an interest in the food industry. In 2014, Andy & his partner Scott created AFTERS Ice Cream which has been highly successful with 9 locations and counting. Having the willingness to just try something and never being afraid to fail, this episode has everything you need to hear in business.
