	Description:		In this week's episode, I sit down with motivational speaker and brand consultant Mike Smith. Like I've said before I really love doing these episodes as I really did not know much about Mike other than my good friend Kevion Stirdivant spoke highly of him. Kevion mentioned that he was an amazing speaker, he'd be a great fit for the podcast and connected us to make this happen. Mike grew up in a small town in Nebraska feeling like an outsider because of his interests and appearance. He took to sports in high school and fell in love with basketball but ultimately knew this was not going to be a career. He's never been an ordinary kid and his love for helping others has shaped him into the man he is now. He's gone on to founding THE BAY, a non-profit skatepark in Nebraska as well traveling across the US inspiring and speaking with the youth.
