Participants of the Summer training experience will spend 12-weeks building strength, endurance, finding the fun, and getting faster while working on your mental game to race three 5-mile virtual races over the course of 12-weeks. The goal? To practice the skills and tools you’re learning every week in our weekly coaching calls and see if you can’t beat your best time! Registration to the summer series training experience includes: A 12-week training plan in VDOT02 designed by Coach Kelly Roberts 12-week access to the BALG portal to use our Strength Training videos by Finish Line Physical Therapy and guided runs to help you develop your mental game! Access to our private summer series training experience group in our online community to connect, inspire, lean on, commiserate with, and talk all things training. An invitation to our weekly coaching zoom calls which will take place every Wednesday at 4:00 pm ET/1:00 pm PT. September Half Marathon Training Experience & October Half Marathon Training ExperienceThis Summer, we’re offering two different 12-Week Half Marathon training experiences to get you ready for your Fall half marathons! The September Half Marathon Training Experience starts July 5th and ends September 25th, and the October Half Marathon Training Experience starts August 9th and ends October 30th. Registration to either half marathon training experience includes: A 12-week training plan in VDOT02 designed by Coach Kelly Roberts 12-week access to the BALG portal to use our Strength Training videos by Finish Line Physical Therapy and guided runs to help you develop your mental game! Access to our private half marathon training experience group in our online community to connect, inspire, lean on, commiserate with, and talk all things half marathon training. Whether you don’t think you can run through summer, or if you want to have more fun pushing your limits, or if you want to chase down a huge fall goal, these training experiences are you.
