Our training experiences aren’t like your normal running training plans. Rooted in community, this training experience is all about exploring your limits with the support of a running coach and an inclusive team. It doesn’t matter what level of runner you are. Brand new runner Coming back after a break or injury Struggling to find time to run or get motivated Looking to run your fastest and strongest 5K or 10K EVER Hoping to build some mental and physical strength to get you ready for a fall race
EVERY single runner gets a version of the same training plan which means you all are working together to define your personal best and then MAKE IT HAPPEN. In week 1, we’ll identify goals and your ‘why’ and what is intrinsically motivating you to spend the next 8 weeks working to give yourself your personal best. Then, we’ll spend the next 8-weeks breaking down what works, what you’re struggling with, celebrating break-throughs and working through setbacks, introducing new tools to play with during the week, and how you can balance fun with stepping outside of your comfort zone. This training experience has three timed challenge check-ins that provide short term goals and the ability to practice what you’re learning in training. Our 5K runners will start with a mile time trial in week 1 before moving to 5K time trials in weeks 4 and 8. Our 10K runners will start with a 5K time trial in week 1 before moving to 10K time trials in weeks 4 and 8.
