	Description:		Figures released by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) revealed that UK unemployment stayed flat at 4.8% in the last quarter of 2016, an 11-year low. Wages growth slowed down, growing by 2.6%, below the consensus forecast of 2.8%. John Philpott, Economist and Director of The Jobs Economist, an online think tank specialising in labour market issues, joined Share Radio's Ed Bowsher to discuss.
