In this episode, Niall mulls over the 'aftermath' stage a person goes through when they have freed themselves from the cultish nature of pseudo spiritual people, but still have to deal with the emotional residue they've been left with, and why it's important to get to a stage of emotional indifference concerning these offending people. This merges into a light/shadow metaphor and the infernal ubiquitous 'lit-up-ness' that so called 'lightworkers' mistake for true light, and how it makes them externalise the dark.
