Shamanic Journey 1

Your first journey will focus on getting into your body and journeying through it.  Your intent is to journey to your root chakra to seek out your Chakra Guardian.  Once you have completed what you need to do journey to your second, the sacral chakra.

I cannot stress this enough, PAY ATTENTION.

In my experience it is best if you only do two at a time.  After you have introduced the first two, come back into the room.  You can leave the two Guardians together where you last saw them, or let them know they can return to the prospective places, but that you will need them to come with you for the next set of journeys. Write your experiences, draw if that is your talent, and reflect on how you feel physically.  Do you have an increase in energy?  Can you feel your charkas where you could not before, or do they feel different?

Shamanic Journey 2

The second journey is to meet chakras three and four.  When you lay down to do your second journey start off where you left off. If you need to, travel to the first chakra, to collect your Guardian, than start your journey there.  You will know best where to start and what to do.  Once you are there take the first two Guardians to the third chakra, repeat the steps of the meet and greet, introduce them, and then journey to the fourth chakra.

Before you leave the spirit world, take time to express your thanks to your Guardians, as well as your Spirits, that have supported you during exploring the chakras.  A short prayer of thanks is always appreciated.
