“How to remove negative feedback?” This question comes in from Stacey and Stacey says, “Hey James, I received a 3 star feedback for an order that was placed a few days ago. This person left me a 5 star product review.” I am laughing because it is just so silly, he left a 5 star product review but then they left a 3 star feedback and all the feedback said was great product. I am not sure why they just left 3 stars. It could have been simply that they made a mistake and the meant to leave 5 stars and they didn’t well in this case because they left a product review as the feedback because they just said great product then you can have that feedback removed. Amazon has gotten stricter in recent months about why feedback can’t be removed. Now according to Amazon these are valid reasons to request to have a feedback removed. |
