When Ann-Christien started as a Scrum Master, she discovered that was the kind of role she enjoyed. As she was getting ready to go on vacation, however, things got pretty hectic. In this episode, we talk about a conflict between team members and the CTO of the company, that Ann-Christien had to solve the day before her vacation. With such high-stakes and such short time the situation was ripe for a disaster. As Ann-Christien started the conversation with the two participants, something became clear.
