Episode 93 is a 60 minute Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement lesson. It is the intro class for my new series Your Poetic Pelvis. Please have a comfortable place to lie on the floor. A carpeted floor or a rug works best for this lesson. If you are using a yoga mat, you may eventually want to bring your legs off of the yoga mat if it is creating too much friction.
