This is a 70 minute vinyasa class recorded live at Karma Yoga in Cambridge. We use two blocks, two blankets or towels, and a strap.

 child’s pose (balasana) with forehead support
 downdog (adho mukha svanasana) with head support
 twist before threading the arm under
 twist…focus on the upper back and shoulders!
 flat back with airplane arms and bent legs
 lunge with airplane arms
 twist the airplane now!
 lift straight up- keep the legs stable and the twist throuht the torso
 shoulder opener with block
