I love how Jonathan explains everything so simply with the creative metaphors that he used in our interview. His approach to fitness and diet is so straightforward and easy you can almost apply it immediately. If you’re sick and tired of counting all those calories ( and you really don’t need to! He explains why in this podcast), and you’re not seeing any results, you should listen to this. The trick is to keep it simple and listen to your body.
Calories should not be the focus of your life! Jonathan shares a sustainable method on how to get results from eating and exercising right for your body.
