Hungry for Happiness is an international movement to support women around the world who are suffering from disordered eating and body image issues. Samantha was awarded “Top 24 under 24” in September 2013, In 2014 she was a finalist as the “Best Emerging Entrepreneur”.

In this episode Samantha and I discussed what happiness truly is and how you and I can find happiness right here, right now. We also discussed what the side effects are of us not being happy and how it translates into exercising as a punishment and binge eating. Samantha also shared with us an amazing, simple breathing tool that will help you break free from binge.
