Hello sexy and welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast!

Yes, you’ve read the title correctly, we’re talking today about how to lose weight without even trying. How the heck is that possible, I hear you asking? Actually, I see it happening all the time in our community, with the ladies in the Makeover and Sexyback Mastermind programs. When women do these 2 things, they tend to just release the weight without trying:

  • Drinking water
  • Sleep

But today we’re focusing more on having a normal sleep schedule that will enable our body to rest and recover from working out, and not be under stress and pressure to perform.
