Description:

Hey sister and welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast!

Today, I wanted to talk about all things women’s health. Particularly, all things vagina.

We live in a world of advertisement and when it comes to our health, it seems that everything is stamped as “back by the doctor.”

But who is this doctor and does he/she really have our best interest at heart?

I am very excited to have an incredible, caring expert on the show today to answer all our feminine-care questions.

Dr. Nanos has been practicing medicine for over 15 years. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree at Colgate University, Dr. Nanos began her extensive training in healthcare and medicine with a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Boston University followed by her Medical Degree at George Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Nanos highly values the time spent between a doctor and a patient and believes that more time devoted to forging this relationship allows for a better opportunity to understand the root cause of many diseases and solve complex medical problems.

Today, she will be sharing the proper way to care for our private parts, how to maintain good vaginal health while living an active lifestyle, and how to strengthen our pelvic floor muscles.

Sister, if you have ever wanted more time with your doctor to ask questions that really matter, this episode is for you.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • How to take proper care of our vagina and when we will start to require more vaginal care so that we can live a healthy, happy sex life.
  • How care needs to change if you live an active lifestyle and Dr. Nano’s #1 post work out tip to keep our vaginas in good health.
  • How technology and science have changed our birth control and how it can help us strengthen our pelvic floor so we can be confident at any age.
