Dr. Dennis Hong's research is funded by the National Science Foundation, Office of Naval Research, DARPA, and the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He recently received the NSF Faculty Early Career Development Award. Dr. Hong's research interests lie in the area of robotics with a focus on biologically inspired robot locomotion, design and analysis of mechanical systems, and the kinematics and dynamics of robotic systems.
