After a hijacking of podcast topic from John, we talk a little race history. Digging into the all the details of the Forget the PR race series that is coming up next weekend. We enjoy a beer from a fellow runner/listener and there is quite a bit of BS this week. John decided that day drinking was a good idea before we recorded.
