What time of day do you train? A busy schedule means you aren't getting enough sleep. You're tired. No wonder you're under-performing. Take rest days during the week and do strength training. Have a snack at work 3-4 pm and train at 5 pm when you get home. Then have a lighter dinner and eat a little later so you can get to bed by 11 pm not 12.30 am. Include strength training - is it just aerobic or is it everything? Strength is important - it sustains muscle mass and protein stimulus for both men and women We don't insist you do cross training. Does it fit in your schedule? Variety helps alleviate boredom.
