Description: A competitive rower at an early age, Duncan moved from representing New Zealand and rowing in Olympic teams, to becoming a professional coach with over 20 years experience. He coached all the way from the Canterbury Rowing Club (taking away national titles with the teams) to 20 plus other teams competing in various World Championships. He now has become a coach of coaches as a Coach Development Officer for the Otago Rowing Association.
