Description: If you own or manage a business and you don't train anybody to keep it going, that business is going to fizzle and die when you're gone. In the same way, the Church as a whole suffers when we don't "hand on" to others the things that God's given to us. As we mature spiritually, it's natural -- and critical -- that we teach others what we've learned and lead by example so they can continue the work of growing the Church.
