Signs that the shutdown, which entered its 40th day, could be ending became more and more clear as the day went on particularly with the unveiling of a bipartisan package of spending bills that lawmakers hope to attach to a modified bill to reopen the government. Also SNAP benefits remain un-affected thanks to the President's contingency fund, where we stand with a broken Obamacare and President Trump pardons Rudy Giuliani and other key figures allegedly involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Also Chuck Schumer loses credibility with his own party and audio from Democratic senators on why they decided to vote to re-open the Government.
