Description: This is a Croatian skinless sausage - or you might call it a kebab, especially since it comes from the Ottoman Empire. The whole thing is easy to make, anyone can do it. 1 Kg Ground Beef 6 - 8 Garlic Cloves 15 vg Kosher Salt 1 Tablespoon Sweet paprika 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne Black pepper to taste They are simply mixed together and rolled into sausage shapes and cooked wither in a pan, a grill or an oven.
