Paprika Sausage and Pepper Casserole
So easy to prepare and wonderfully tasty
2 medium inions
2 red peppers
3 tablespoons of oil
3 cloves garlic
§6 pork sausages
2 tablespoons honey
1 rounded dessert spoon paprika
1 500 ml carton of pasta
1 400 g can chopped tomatoes
Salt and Pepper
100 g grated cheddar (Mature)
Chop onions, peppers and garlic and fry in oil
When translucent transfer to a lidded casserole dish
Cut the sausages into bite sized pieces and fry to colour
Sprinkle paprika and honey and mix carefully
Transfer to the casserole dish and stir in the pasta and tomatoes
Stir in the cheddar and season
Cover and bake at 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas 4 for 45 minutes |
