Tortelloni with pork patties
These little patties are very versatile and can be added to almost any dish. More, they can be changed according to your taste.
Ingredients
For the patties:
500 g pork mince
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
3 garlic cloves chopped fine
400 g - 500 g tortelloni
For the sauce:
100 ml milk
100 ml cream
1 tsp parsley
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons cream cheese
100 g cheddar
80 g mozzarella
Mix together the ingredients for the patties and make it into 20 little rounds (I flattened it out to about 1 cm and then used a cutter)
Grill these on one side only for 5 - 8 minutes
Put the tortellini into warm water and bring to the boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes
In a pan combine the milk, cream, cream cheese, tomato puree and parsley and simmer for about 2 - 3 minutes
Combine the cooked and drained tortelloni with the sauce and then lay the patties crust side down in the sauce
Sprinkle with the cheddar, then the mozzarella and bake for 20 minuses at 190ºC, 375ºF, Gas 5
When baked, allow to cool a little before serving |
