Description: Cauliflower Cheese This is made in the microwave. Cheese sauce 500 ml milk 50 ml of the milk in a smaller jug with 2 tsp cornflower, 2 tsp mustard, salt and pepper. Mix with the milk and microwave for 1 minute. Watch it in case it boils over. 80 g grated cheese added to the hot sauce. 20 g and a couple of ounces of breadcrumbs. Steam the cauliflower for 8 mins. Add the cauliflower to a dish and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and cheese and grill until toasted.
