Description: 2 crushed and chopped garlic cloves 125 ml white wine 300 g Creme frache 2 Tbs full fat soft cheese 1 tsp chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste 150 g prawns 150 g mussels Instructions fry the garlic lightly in a little oil. Add the wine and creme frache. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring gently to the boil. Simmer for a few minutes Serve with favourite pasta
