You have to try this, it really is gorgeous - who needs a Chinese Take away!!??
Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
3 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper
2 cm piece of ginger, grated
1 Red chilli (or 2)
3 Large spring onions, chopped into 2 cm pieces
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Juice of a large lemon
3 level tsp cornflour
80 m water
Oil for frying
Cut the chicken into small strips
Coat in seasoned flour
Deep fry and set aside
Chop the onion and chilli and deseed the chilli. grate the ginger
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl
Start to fry the chilli, onion and ginger and add the mixed remaining ingredients.
Finally add the fried chicken, serve. |
