Description: Chinese style BBQ Pork You can use almost anything with this sauce. In a dish we have 4 pork steaks. Marinade in 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp Balsamic 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 - 3 Garlic cloves 2 Tbsp hot water Simply pour over the pork and marinate for 2 hours.
