Really easy to do, just a few steps.
You need
8 chicken breasts
For the garlic butter:
100 g butter
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Big handful of chopped parsley
For the breadcrumbs
225g breadcrumbs
75 g grated parmesan cheese
Mix all together
You also need 5 eggs, 100 g plain flour, pinch of salt and a big pinch paprika.
Make the butter by mixing all together
Slit into the chicken breast and stuff with a teaspoonful of the garlic butter
Dudt with the flour, then into the egg, then into the breadcrumbs, then back into the eggs and back into the breadcrumbs.
Bake at 200C, 400F, Gas 6 for at least 20 minutes, check the temperature of the meat with a thermometer it should be at least 75C.
Check also the oven is piping hot before cooking to make sure the breadcrumbs are crispy. |
