Chocolate cream
This is a sundae glass kind of dessert, easy, quick and very tasty.
For 2 generous portions
300 ml double cream
1 rounded teaspoon cocoa
1 level teaspoon of soft brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
A little cocoa for dusting
Mix the cocoa and sugar with a little cold cream
Put the rest of the cream in a small pan and heat very gently until it is finger hot
Remove from the heat and whisk in the cocoa and sugar mixture
Add the chocolate and allow to melt into the warm cream - stir very gently
Pour into dessert glasses and dust with cocoa, chill in the fridge for 2 hours |
