Special Pork Burgers
These are really tasty, and you have to do a little cooking before you start to make up the burger!
The difference is we cook red onions and a red pepper and 2 cloves of garlic.
Also 4 rashers of smoked bacon.
Everything chopped very finely.
Cook the onions, peppers and garlic for a couple of minutes then add the bacon.
Allow this to cool
Place your minced pork in a bowl
Add 80 g breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
Mix in the onion / pepper / bacon mixture with the rest
Divide into 8 portions and roll into balls
Flatten into burger shapes and grill until cooked completely |
