Traditional Recipe 1 egg white 100 g golden caster sugar 130 g desiccated coconut Glace cherries to decorate Pre heat the oven to 170 C, 325 F, Gas 3 Which the egg white to soft peaks Which in the sugar Fold in the coconut Grease and line a baking tray and form the mixture into 10 - 12 pyramids Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until just golden. Easy 2 ingredient pyramids - makes about 15 pyramids 220 g desiccated coconut 180 g condensed milk Pre heat the oven to 170 C, 325 F, Gas 3 Mix the ingredients well and form into pyramids Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes
