Description: Two new tiffin recipes: You will need a square baking tin, buttered well, and lined with baking paper 300 g digestive biscuits put into a food bag and bash with a rolling pin and place in a bowl 125 g Butter 125 g Golden Syrup 150 g Milk chocolate broken into small pieces 150 g Dark chocolate broken into small pieces Very gently melt together Place the biscuits into a mixing bowl 180 g Dried fruit of your choice and mix with the biscuit When melted together, pour the mixture into the biscuit and fruit mixture Completely combine the mixture and spoon into the tine, pressing down with the back of a cold metal spoon Refrigerate for 2 hours Tropical tiffin 150 g Coconut biscuits crushed 60 g Butter 200 g White chocolate 30 g Desiccated coconut 80 g Dried fruit Mix and melt as above - but refrigerate for 4 hours
