Serves 4
6 - 8 Pork Loin Steaks
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
120 g whole green beans, chopped
1 rounded teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried sage
Salt and pepper
Water or stock to coves with 3 cm to spare
Cornflour to thicken
Fry the onions, pepper, carrots and garlic in a little oil for 5 minutes and add the beans
Place the steaks in a roasting dish or shallow casserole and grill for 3 - 4 minutes
Pour the vegetables over the meat and stir, add the water or stock
Cover and bake at 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas 4 for 30 - 40 minutes |
