Description: You will need 1 red onion 1 red and 1 green pepper 1/2 aubergine 2 garlic cloves 200 g bacon 2 tablespoons parsley1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon turmeric 250 g cous cous Vegetable stock to cover 150 g Halloumi Chop the onion, peppers, garlic in a little oil Mix in the spices and herbs Griddle the halloumi pieces Cook the cous cous in boiling water (off the heat) until soft Mix the cous cous with the vegetables and season with salt Serve with the halloumi
