	Description:		Cheesey Bacon Bake Cheese Bacon Bake is one of those thrifty meals that is so very tasty - perhaps so tasty you might never eat anything else. 1 large onion or 2 medium ones 1 large leek 80 g chorizo Chop finely and fry in sunflower oil 2 potatoes each person (for 4) Peel and dice the potatoes Boil the potatoes until soft 200 g Cheddar cheese Grease a large baking dish and combine the potatoes and leek / onion mixture Spread out evenly and sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes Lay 8 rashers of bacon over the top of the cheese Bake at 190ºC, 375ºF, Gas 5 for 30 minutes or until the bacon is as crispy as you like it. You can add 200 ml double cream - for a more luxurious meal. Serve with green vegetables!
