Far too many times, I've had to start from scratch and rebuild my own life, and when I did, I did it against all odds. I was successful at everything I set out to do. Why? Because I was determined not to become dependent on others, but independent on myself and my inner ability and desire to WIN at all costs. I refused to allow myself to dwell in the "poor me" syndrome, and I refused to wait on others to help me to stand up, and make things happen. I knew early on, "No one was going to help me but ME, so I better get busy and I claimed my life back." It makes no sense that I have these skills and not share them with others.
