Retired NYPD detectives Kevin Gannon and Anthony Duarte say they've found a link between the river drownings of at least 40 men in 25 cities in 11 states. They say 19 men were killed in Minnesota and Wisconsin alone. Detectives say this is the mark of a gang of killers. The men are all young and athletic.
