	Description:		When you get into real estate, one of the things you should know about is re-trading. This is when any unanticipated changes happen to previously agreed to terms. This is basically when the purchase price gets changed. Maybe the buyer gets the property under contract and starts doing his due diligence and finds something that makes him realize the deal needs to change. I don’t do re-trades unless if two things happen: 1. I have to—sometimes you will find something new, and the deal no longer makes sense with the new data you have. 2. The deal goes on too long—it’s called deal fatigue. I get tired of a deal after awhile. You don’t want to be known as a re-trader, but don’t be afraid to do a re-trade. Better them to be angry then you to be angry at yourself for doing a bad deal.
