Scorpio Season begins October 23 as the Sun enters Tropical Scorpio and the realm of the Underworld becomes a central focus. Scorpio is co-ruled by Mars (ancient ruler) and Pluto (modern ruler) who give us the Fire & Ice we often associate with the Scorpio archetype and the alchemy of transformation.

My special guest for this episode is the brilliant Sherene Vismaya, an astrologer and Jungian analyst, the perfect person to explore the shadowy terrain of Scorpio season with. We begin by reflecting upon the Scorpio Season of 2018 which hosted the Venus retrograde in the Via Combusta of late Libra through early Scorpio, and discuss the deepening of insight and emotional processing possible for this upcoming season, especially as we have a Mercury retrograde in Scorpio upcoming from October 31 (Halloween! Brexit deadline! Oh my!) to November 20.
