In this episode of the Radiant Astrology podcast, I’ll be discussing Pluto in Capricorn and it’s station direct with my special guest the evolutionary astrologer and teacher, Ari Moshe Wolfe. Pluto has a central significance in evolutionary astrology as a symbol for the soul’s desires and intentions through many lifetimes. In my chat with Ari Moshe, we’ll explore the soul-psychological material that Pluto transits illuminate.

The retrograde transit of Pluto since April 22 has taken us on a journey of inner reflection of subconscious desires and a grappling with our collective shadow. Pluto is associated with power and Capricorn is the sign of authority, so together these archetypes express the degeneration and regeneration of our societal structures of authority and power.

This weekend, Sunday Sept 30, Pluto is stationing direct at 18 degrees of Capricorn on the Sabian Symbol “A five-year old child carrying a bag filled with groceries,” the keynote of which is “rising to the occasion when asked to assume social responsibilities ahead of one’s normal development.” We’re being challenged with accelerated growth in our own lives and in destroying, creating and envisioning a society that is aligned with our true values.

Pluto calls on an amplification of internal resources, often those which are undeveloped within us but where we must find the inner strength to rise and express them in empowered ways and create the change we want to see in the world.
