UK sight loss charities RNIB and Thomas Pocklington Trust have joined forces to offer 20 internships to blind and partially sighted people, who are looking to get a foot on the employment ladder.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Emma Hughes, from TPT, and Martin O'Kane, from RNIB, to learn more about the offer and why it's so important in helping visually impaired people into work.
