The guidance is for anyone who attends regular appointments, has a sight concern or even an eye emergency.
The information also looks at any concerns that people may have around Covid-19, when it comes to visiting an optician or hospital.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Jacquie Dougal and Janet Pooley from the Scottish Government to learn more.
