But how easy is it to get that information and complete forms to get help and support to do this if you are blind or partially sighted?

A new project, funded by the Scottish Government, is helping to bridge the accessibility gap for those with visual impairments in the Forth Valley area.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Kirsty Banks to learn more about the scheme and if it will be rolled out across the UK.
