Each month RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell speaks with Costa Asprou from the charity's campaigns team.

They discuss some of the big topics and projects that they are working on to improve the everyday lives of blind and partially sighted people and to encourage more of us to get involved in campaigning.

This month, with a general election on the horizon, they are looking at how you can help show prospective candidates what really matters to people with sight loss and commit to becoming RNIB Champions, if they are elected.
