Description: A successful project called Eye Work Too, is helping blind and partially sighted people in Northern Ireland get better prepared for work. As well as training and support for the job seekers, the focus is also on showing employers how to get work ready to employ a visually impaired person and show how productive and reliable blind and partially sighted employees can be.
